    LJ Squared is led by James Foulkes, the co-founder of Kingpin Communications. Kingpin started trading in 1997 and quickly became a leader in the B2B marketing space. Alongside co-founder Mirza Fur, Kingpin went from a tiny two-person office to an agency with a presence on two continents and offices in London, San Francisco and New York. It’s a great story and one to be proud of.

     

    What does that mean for you?

     

    We want to use our experience to enable founders to achieve their goals, to be able to tell the story they want to tell. That could be an exit, it could be lifestyle, it’s whatever you want to achieve. And if you don’t know, we can help on that too.

    Ongoing Consultancy and Coaching

    Ok, goals are set. Vision is in, values identified as is the mission. What next?

     

    We will continue to mentor, coach and consult to ensure you’re achieving what you set out to do. Via a monthly check in and ongoing advice we give you opportunities for self-reflection, accountability for you and your team’s actions, and ongoing support.

     

    Don’t underestimate the last part. We are founders ourselves. It can be a lonely place. Having someone that understands is a very useful resource.

    Intro, audit and review

    To get to know your business and understand your needs, we will conduct at least 3 sessions over a 3 month timeframe. At the end of this period, you'll have a clear picture of where your business is and how your teams are working.

     

    You will know whether or not your business and your marketing efforts are aligned and working effectively.

     

    More importantly, you'll be able to see the return from your marketing spend.
